Booking & Payment:

All places must be booked and paid for in full via the website at the time of booking. A place is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Due to limited group sizes and the preparation involved, all bookings are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions, changes in personal circumstances or partial attendance.

Missed Sessions:

If a student is unable to attend a session, we are unable to offer a refund, but where possible they might be rescheduled to the next available class if spaces are available and enough notice has been given. Where possible, materials from the session may be shared. 

Changes by us:

In the unlikely event that a session needs to be rescheduled by us, an alternative time will be offered or a full refund will be offered (£15 for each affected session minus the booking fee).

Behaviour:

We aim to create a supportive and respectful learning environment. If a student's behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate in any way, we reserve the right to remove them from the class. No refund will be given in this situation.

Cameras:

Safeguarding is extremely important to us, so we do ask all students to keep their cameras on wherever possible. If your child is anxious or feels uncomfortable with their camera on, then we ask to see them for a few minutes at the beginning of the session, to check that it's definitely a young person in attendance. After that they can have their cameras off and communicate via their microphone and chat if that is better for them.

By booking and attending classes with Novelias Learning, parents/carers acknowledge that lesson recordings may take place. 

Agreement:

By booking a place on a class, you fully agree to the terms outlined in this policy. 

- Spaces are limited to 6 to keep groups small and supportive.

- Places are offered on a first come, first served basis.

- If a class is full you will be added to a waitlist. Available spaces will be offered in order of the waitlist. You will be given a limited time to accept and make payment before the place is offered to the next person.

- All communication and bookings are made through a parent/carer/guardian. 

We appreciate your understanding that small group classes require commitment from all participants.
