Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment: All places must be booked and paid for in full via the website at the time of booking. A place is only confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellations & Refunds: Due to limited group sizes and the preparation involved, all bookings are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions, changes in personal circumstances or partial attendance. Missed Sessions: If a student is unable to attend a session, we are unable to offer a refund or reschedule. Where possible, materials from the session may be shared. Changes by us: In the unlikely event that a session needs to be rescheduled by us, an alternative time will be offered or a partial refund will be offered (£15 for each affected session). If a course cannot go ahead then a full refund will be provided. Behaviour: We aim to create a supportive and respectful learning environment. If a student's behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate in any way, we reserve the right to remove them from the course. No refund will be given in this situation. Agreement: By booking a place on a course, you fully agree to the terms outlined in this policy. - Spaces are limited to 6 to keep groups small and supportive. - Places are offered on a first come, first served basis. - If a course is full you will be added to a waitlist. Available spaces will be offered in order of the waitlist. You will be given a limited time to accept and make payment before the place is offered to the next person. - All communication and bookings are made through a parent/carer/guardian. We appreciate your understanding that small group courses require commitment from all participants.
